Fitness, Gym and Passes

  • Complete a membership form online or at NCIE reception.

  • Yes. A 48-hour cooling-off period applies from your start date.

  • Payments are made by direct debit via bank account or Visa/Mastercard or can pay in full.

  • A $15.00 token fee.

  • Fortnightly, starting 48 hours after the cooling off period.

  • Yes. Bank: $0.88 | Card: 1.7% | Failed payment: $11.90.

  • A $11.90 failed payment fee applies and payment may be retried.

  • Yes. Cards must be presented at every visit.

  • Replacement fee is $15.

  • Yes. Once every 6 months (7–50 days). To suspend, complete a suspension form and email it to fitness@ncie.org.au

  • Cancel in person by completing a form or email fitness@ncie.org.au | Conditions apply.
