FAQs

  • All hirers must comply with NCIE Fitness & Aquatics Conditions of Entry.

  • Facilities must be left clean and in the same condition as found.

  • The hirer must remove all rubbish and return equipment to its place.

  • No decorations or signage without written approval from the Centre Manager.

  • No. Subletting is not permitted without written approval.

  • Yes, fees apply based on notice given.

  • 7+ days: No fee | 6–3 days: 50% fee | Within 48 hours: 100% fee.

  • Yes. Management may cancel a booking if necessary.

  • Hirers must provide first aid; NCIE assists in emergencies only.

  • Hirers indemnify NCIE for loss, damage or injury arising from the booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Yes, for hirers with 4+ bookings per month.
