Eora Conference Facilities

The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence’s contemporary conferencing facilities are set in a picturesque heritage building with high cathedral ceilings and organic natural light. The conference room can seat up to 120 people in a variety of arrangements and can cater for up to 140 people for a cocktail reception. The room is fitted with a microphone, lectern, teleconferencing facilities, whiteboard, and plasma screens. For an additional charge groups can also hire a data projector and drop-down screen. Conference attendees have full access to the Eora Sports, Arts and Recreation Centre for the duration of the convention. The NCIE can tailor campus accommodation and dining services for conferences requiring lodging and catering.

Conference Pricing:

  • Conference Room - $90 per hour (3-hour minimum) or $450 per day.
  • Data projector and screen - $200 per day
  • Conference Day Catering from $50.00 per person per day
  • Corporate Breakfast from $18.50 per person
  • Light Lunches start from $18.50 per person
  • BBQ hire and supply from $8.50 per person
  • Corporate Dinner /Lunch menu from $50.00 per person
  • Cocktail Reception from $24.50 per person (beverages additional)

Minimum catering numbers apply and a surcharge will be added on weekends and public holidays.

The Eora Conference Facilities are located at 180 George St Redfern. Close to the Sydney CBD and Sydney Airport, the NCIE is ideally located for visitors and guests. The Centre is within walking distance of Redfern train station and is close to a number of major bus lines including the 305, 308, 309 310, L09 and N11. The Centre also has wheelchair access and facilities for people with a disability. The Eora Campus is a non-smoking and alcohol free venue.
