Our mission is to work with our Pathway Partners to build brighter futures for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians by cultivating talent and creating opportunities.

Our values are Excellence, Inclusiveness, Growth and Integrity. These ideals are at our core and they represent the culture and spirit of the organisation.

Located in the heart of Redfern, the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence is a place for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians from across the country to participate in life-changing programs in the pathways of arts and culture, health and wellness, learning and innovation and sport and recreation. The Centre hosts and facilitates programs for young people to help them achieve their dreams and aspirations.

We are an Indigenous organisation with local and national outreach.
